The Service Standard
Every appointment is governed by our 50-Point Clinical Audit. If our Reset does not meet your expectations, notify us within 24 hours for rectification under our Founder’s Guarantee.
Membership Cadence
Recurring Reset members enjoy priority booking. You may pause at any time, though the 12-hour protection window applies to all individual scheduled visits.

Small-batch chemistry and Duo-Technician logistics require precise planning.
15% Service PenaltyCancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests made with less than 12 hours' notice incur this fee to compensate for prepared materials and dedicated labor.
Paws & Palms Protocol
While our emulsions are 100% pet-safe, we require disclosure of pets or children to adjust our mechanical extraction techniques for maximum safety.
Material Integrity
Our technicians are experts in luxury finishes (Marble, Quartz, Steel). We utilize pH-neutral chemistry unless you specify non-standard manufacturer requirements.
